Privacy policy
This policy explains how TalorAI handles personal data in connection with this website, talorai.com. It is kept deliberately short, because the website collects very little.
Who is responsible
TalorAI, represented by its founder, Rafael Hidalgo, is responsible for the processing described here. You can reach us about any privacy matter at info@talorai.com.
What this website collects
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and it has no forms. Its fonts, images and video are served from our own hosting, so visiting it does not send your data to third parties.
Like any website, our hosting provider records standard technical data when a page is requested: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser type. These server logs are used only to operate and secure the website and are kept for a limited period.
When you write to us
If you email us, we use the information you send, such as your name, email address and the content of your message, to reply and to manage our relationship with you. Our email is provided by Microsoft 365.
When you book a meeting
The “Arrange a conversation” link takes you to Calendly, a scheduling service, where you can choose a time. The details you enter there are processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy and shared with us so that we can hold the meeting. Meetings usually take place on Microsoft Teams.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers named above (Infomaniak for hosting, Microsoft for email and video calls, and Calendly for scheduling), to the extent they need it to provide their services, or where the law requires it.
Where data is processed
This website is hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. Microsoft and Calendly may process data in other countries, including the United States, under the safeguards described in their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence and meeting details for as long as needed for the purpose they were provided for, for our ongoing relationship, or to meet legal obligations, and then delete them.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, including the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, or receive a copy of it. Write to info@talorai.com. You may also contact the data protection authority in your country; in Switzerland, this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
Client work
This policy covers the website only. Information shared in the course of a client engagement is governed by the agreement with that client.
Changes
We may update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
